When eDiscovery Masters first opened for business, I was hired to produce a vectorized version of their logo concept. But after our initial project was completed, my client also expressed an interest in employing my services for their trade show marketing.
For the annual LAPA Tech Expo, I designed signage, social media assets, and video content in order to maximize EDM’s visibility as a young company. This particular post is a dynamic piece of motion-based content, aiming to drive traffic to the company’s virtual booth.

In addition to being an exhibitor at the 2021 LAPA TECH event, my client was also a co-host and a panelist; consequently, she wasn’t able to tend to her virtual booth for the entire Expo. This was a critical issue for my client, because she didn’t want to miss an opportunity to gain new customers. Considering my lack of experience in law, I suggested she instead provide automated, informative content to supplement her absence– then, I could remain on stand-by for any urgent technical/sales support.
The resulting educational video included a schedule of events, and a rotating banner of announcements to answer visitors’ common questions. Fortunately, this method proved to be extremely successful; by providing high-quality, consumable content, most visitors remained in the booth much longer. I was also pleased to find that my support was rarely needed, as almost all of our vital information was organized onto one screen.
