Email Marketing
Our suite of automated account emails aimed to keep our users up-to-date on account activity and payment history. However, the email templates we sent were visually outdated and confusing for users to navigate. To resolve this issue, we began a complete overhaul of these templates in 2021, introducing a fresh design and improved information hierarchy.
For this project, I worked closely with our developers, project managers, and designers to implement the redesigns worldwide; being sure to include each use case that our community might come across. These templates are a small selection of our updated account emails and their specific use cases.
